We offer FREE Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
We offer FREE International Shipping on all Canada merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
All orders are shipped from the U.S. and transacted in U.S. dollars.

Pre-order and back-orderen items

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).

Orders $35 and over always ship Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on BiteBeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Jolie Customer Service to track your order.

Bought it, tried it, didn’t love it? Send it back. If you’re not totally obsessed with your BiteBeauty.com purchase, return or exchange it free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 60 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

– When you return your purchase to BiteBeauty.com by mail within 60 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

– Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.

Here's how to return or exchange your item(s)

01. Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form on the back of your order summary—use the top box for returns, the bottom box for exchanges. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original BiteBeauty.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.

02. Create and print your FREE USPS return label here, and attach it securely to the package.

03. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!

Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing!

For international orders

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your BiteBeauty.com purchase, you can return it within 10 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
