   You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Fulfillment
   Orders placed directly on skinkins.com are placed with Skin Kins through our website checkout. Available payment methods and order charges are shown at checkout. Some product listings may also link to Amazon for checkout and fulfillment, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). When you purchase on Amazon, payment processing, shipping, returns, and refunds follow Amazon's applicable terms and policies. Skin Kins does not receive or store your full payment card details for those Amazon purchases.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Availability
   Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice and may differ across regions and marketplaces. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout on skinkins.com or on the marketplace where you place your order.

6. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
   Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. For orders placed directly on skinkins.com, contact returns@skinkins.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. No return is required. Opened and used products are eligible, including personal-care and sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable. There are no return or restocking fees. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may need additional time. See our Refund Policy for full details. Orders placed on Amazon or another marketplace follow that marketplace's applicable shipping, return, and refund policies.

7. User Content (Reviews, Comments)
   You may submit reviews, ratings, and comments (“User Content”). You grant Skin Kins a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to misuse the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services; use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; or engage in scraping, data mining, or automated access without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property
   The Services and all content (including text, graphics, logos, product names, and designs) are owned by Skin Kins or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

    The Services may link to third-party websites or services, including Amazon. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.

11. Health and Safety Disclaimer
    Our products are for external use only. Information on the Services is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions. Discontinue use of any product that causes irritation and follow the instructions on the product packaging.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us (if any) for the product or service at issue.

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skin Kins and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Advertising and Analytics Partners
    We work with partners such as Google Ads and Amazon Ads to deliver and measure advertisements and to understand how users interact with our Services.

16. Governing Law and Venue
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

17. Changes to the Services and These Terms
    We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Modified” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
